Vic Sanchez, an Art Director at Tribal DDB Chicago, wanted to redevelop his portfolio, Method606.com. He wanted to move away from the Flash-based site he previously used to showcase his excellent work, and towards a more semantic, searchable, cleanly-coded portfolio site. Vic designed a site that would quickly showcase his work within a single-page layout. freakdigital developed a robust back end that allowed him to update all of his projects and their descriptions, as well as the ability to dynamically update the right sidebar of the site and the main background graphic. The combination of the sidebar and main background allowed Vic to create many different skins or looks to the site, and to update his portfolio's theme, whenever the desire struck him. The result is a site that is easily accessible, easy to update and packs of lot of punch.Role: Based on provided designs, developed HTML, CSS and PHP for the site's front end as well as all PHP and MySQL functionality needed by the admin section.
